Corporate Communication Intern

At KGS DIAMOND, communication plays an important role in connecting people, supporting our business, and strengthening our brand. As an international organization, we communicate across teams, sites, and countries — both internally and externally.

We are looking for a proactive and curious intern who wants to contribute to improving how we communicate as an organization, while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communication within a global B2B environment.

Your Assignment

During this internship, you will work on a clear and relevant challenge:

How can KGS DIAMOND improve internal communication and strengthen consistency in external communication?

You will contribute by:

• Supporting improvements in our internal communication (e.g. intranet, clarity of messaging, reducing information overload)
• Helping structure how we communicate across teams and locations
• Supporting consistency in external communication (e.g. website, content, tone of voice)
• Gathering insights (e.g. employee feedback, communication effectiveness)
• Translating your findings into practical recommendations and improvements

Alongside this assignment, you will support day-to-day communication activities and gain broad exposure to corporate communication.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit content for intranet, website, and communication channels
• Support internal and external communication initiatives
• Assist in communication around projects, events, and business updates
• Contribute to improving communication structure and consistency
• Support alignment of messaging across teams and regions

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong writing skills in Dutch and English
• Analytical and structured, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative
• Interest in both internal and external communication
