Paris, France – March 31, 2025 – KGS DIAMOND, a leading manufacturer of flexible diamond abrasives and superabrasive tools, has officially joined the SEAM (Sustainable European Abrasive Manufacturers) program.

As an active member of FEPA — the Federation of European Producers of Abrasives — KGS DIAMOND strengthens its commitment to responsible production and environmental stewardship within the European abrasives industry.

KGS DIAMOND has already made notable progress on its sustainability roadmap, having completed its 2024 carbon footprint assessment. The company is now finalizing its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions calculations for 2023, while preparing to evaluate its Scope 3 emissions in collaboration with the SEAM Carbon Footprint Project Group. This comprehensive approach reflects KGS’s ambition to understand and reduce its total environmental impact across the value chain.
